My office is happy to help Maine residents purchase an American flag that can be flown over the U.S. Capitol to commemorate a special occasion, event, or holiday.

If you choose to have the flag flown over the Capitol, you will receive along with your flag, a certificate stating the person or organization for whom the flag was flown, the occasion for which it was flown, and the date it was flown.
