WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Angus S. King, Jr. (I-Maine) announced the hiring of Paula Armstrong to serve as Maine State Scheduler.  Armstrong, of Scarborough, formerly served as Director for Verizon Business Sales Call Centers in California, Washington, and Oregon, as well as the Assistant to the Vice President for Verizon Call Centers across the nation. Armstrong has also served on the Saco City Council and worked for Senator William D. Hathaway. 

“I am pleased to welcome Paula on board our team,” said Senator King. “She is a fantastic addition and will play an instrumental role in connecting me with fellow Mainers at home.”

Paula Armstrong added, “I couldn’t be more thrilled to join Senator King, especially after having worked with him under former Senator Hathaway and following his career with great admiration. He is absolutely committed to maintaining close relationships with his constituents and I look forward to helping him do just that.”
