Helping ensure that federal government agencies are responsive to Mainers' needs is one of my most important responsibilities as your United States Senator. My staff is ready to listen and work on your behalf to help resolve issues you may have experienced with federal agencies. Acting as a liaison between you and the federal government, my office can often help you answer questions, find resources, or resolve problems. We can make inquiries about the status of your situation and review the steps taken thus far to ensure your case is being handled properly.
To assist you, Constituent Service Representatives are available at our offices in Augusta, Bangor, and Presque Isle or scheduled hours at a location near you. Outreach hours offer an opportunity for area residents to meet directly with a staff representative to discuss specific legislative issues or concerns regarding federal government agencies. No appointment is necessary.
The Constituent Outreach initiative dispatches Constituent Service Representatives to communities throughout the state and provides alternative outreach opportunities to Mainers as a complement to our permanent office locations.
Our staff is pleased to offer outreach services to social and civic organizations on request. Please call one of our offices for more information.
